A collector’s display case for artist Mark Hearld

Menagerie, ephemera, art, objects: words don’t do justice to the collection that Mark has amassed in his Georgian townhouse in York. To house even a small part of it required something special. The Non-Standard solution takes details from the existing architecture and adds bold finials, a Venetian window and a rather large turned ellipsoidal quadrant, all painted a glorious yellow by the master of colour himself.
